- Proudly announcing the return of The 66 Mike Phillips Memorial for 2013, back by popular demand! The Third Annual 66 features the same $35,000 Total Feature Purse as before, starting with $10,000 to win, all the way back to $500 just to start the 24 car A Main! The race has moved this year, to the nationally famous high-banked 1/5th mile of Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville, IL! POWRi will, once again, be sanctioning and officiating this spectacular event, ensuring another smoothly ran weekend. The 66 will go back to a 2 day race format in 2013 with a practice night on Thursday. The top drivers from Friday’s Preliminary Event will be locked into Saturday’s Grand Finale while all other drivers will get a whole new chance to start back over and attempt to make the big show!

12/31/2012: As some of you may have already heard, The 66 Mike Phillips Memorial will be ran at the high banks of Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville, IL in 2013. As awesome as it was to have such amazing support for that already, as well as hearing the amazing things people had to say about the move, I want to clear up everything before any rumors start to conjure themselves up or people begin giving any possible negative opinions.
